Position: Join Beedie's Safety Team as Officer
Advance safety standards with Beedie's Construction Safety Officer role. Monitor projects and ensure compliance in a dynamic construction environment in Metro Vancouver.

Beedie is hiring dedicated Construction Safety Officers for our Residential Construction team. Successful candidates will need a commitment to safety and the ability to lead by example across all levels of project execution. Responsibilities include conducting hazard assessments, risk evaluations, and facilitating compliance through safety meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote job site safety culture and practices

• Prepare and implement site safety plans

• Conduct incident investigations and ensure reporting

• Monitor compliance of subcontractors regularly

• Maintain documentation and keep management informed

Requirements:

• Certification as Construction Safety Officer (CSO) or NCSO

• At least 2 years of Health and Safety experience

• Work Safe BC Advanced First Aid required

• Excellent communication skills required

• Ability to attend various job sites in Metro Vancouver
