Project Manager in Commercial Construction

Your responsibilities include estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and maintaining strong lines of communication with clients and site teams to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review drawings and specifications to prepare scopes of work

• Manage all aspects of the tendering process and subcontractor pricing

• Prepare detailed project budgets and schedules

• Coordinate with subcontractors and oversee procurement activities

• Collaborate closely with Site Managers throughout the construction phase

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience

• Proven ability with tenant improvement or interior renovation projects

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Proficient in project documentation and Microsoft Excel

• Valid driver's license is required
