Position: BlueCity Construction Project Coordinator Role
Join the Blue City Construction team as a Project Coordinator and play a vital role in managing high-rise residential projects. Support the Site Superintendent in key administrative and managerial tasks.

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for various functions, including managing budgets, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely documentation processes. Your ability to foster relationships with trades, suppliers, and internal teams will be critical in delivering successful project outcomes. Bring your strong organizational skills to this dynamic role where your contributions directly impact project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project management and task coordination

• Oversee change orders and negotiate project costs

• Coordinate schedules and resource allocation effectively

• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders

• Maintain compliance with health & safety standards

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12; relevant construction experience a plus

• Proven track record as a Project Coordinator in multifamily projects

• Strong multitasking and time-management capabilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Procore platform
