Position: Project HSE Supervisor Role
PCL Constructors Westcoast, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Project HSE Supervisor to ensure compliance with safety regulations and enhance training initiatives. This role emphasizes stakeholder communication and effective safety practices.

As a key figure in health and safety, your background in HSE processes and training delivery will help shape a flawless safety culture. The role involves leading inspections, evaluating hazards, and mentoring HSE Coordinators. A proactive approach to conflict resolution and a solid grasp of construction terminology are vital for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support project HSE communication strategies

• Evaluate and advise on hazard identification

• Lead project HSE inspections for quality control

• Monitor trade contractor HSE performance closely

• Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related

• Minimum 5 years in safety roles; supervisory experience preferred

• Strong understanding of relevant OH&S regulations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in modern technology and Microsoft Office
