Campus Construction Manager

Position: Meta Campus Construction Manager Role
Take charge as Campus Construction Manager at Meta, leading impactful data center projects. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork while developing your construction management expertise.

In this senior role, you will oversee the success of multiple construction projects at our data center campuses. Your responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient project delivery, and maintaining fruitful relationships with General Contractors. You will also guide onsite managers and leverage your extensive construction management experience to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure project success in safety, quality, and schedule milestones

• Manage onsite teams, including direct report Construction Managers

• Negotiate contractor change orders for cost-saving solutions

• Provide weekly project status reports to stakeholders

• Oversee tenant improvement work in live data centers

Requirements:

• 15+ years in construction management for large-scale projects

• Experience with ground-up construction and project planning

• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Office Suites

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field

• Knowledge of industry standards and safety codes
