Position: Senior Drywall Estimator - High-Impact Role
Become our Senior Estimator in Drywall & Interior Systems, leading bids and ensuring project success. This seasoned professional will drive cost estimation for large-scale construction projects.

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Estimator with a minimum of ten years' experience in drywall estimating for institutional and complex projects. You will manage detailed bids, analyze risk factors, and develop strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing. Your leadership will also guide junior estimators in standard practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive bids for commercial construction projects

• Review specifications and identify value engineering opportunities

• Maintain supplier connections for accurate cost forecasting

• Perform take-offs using industry-standard software

• Support continuous improvement of estimating processes

Requirements:

• Ten or more years in drywall estimating

• Extensive drywall and interior systems knowledge

• Proficient in estimating software & Microsoft Office

• Strong detail orientation in project plan analysis

• Understanding of current construction market conditions
