Experienced Project Manager in ICI

Lead groundbreaking ICI projects with a respected General Contractor in Vancouver and Kelowna. This permanent position offers dynamic challenges in commercial and institutional construction with multiple opportunities available.

Our client is seeking Project Managers with at least 5 years of ICI experience to oversee projects ranging from $20M to over $100M. You will ensure successful project completion, collaborating closely with consultants and internal teams. This role combines leadership, problem-solving, and the technical knowledge necessary to thrive in complex construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive project delivery from pre-construction to completion

• Coordinate consultants, sub-trades, and project teams

• Ensure projects adhere to budget and schedule

• Review construction drawings and specifications

• Solve challenges in real-time on-site

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management in ICI

• Strong understanding of construction documentation

• Experience with CCDC contracts

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
