Position: Project Coordinator, Residential Construction  )

Overview

Project Coordinator for residential, multi‑family construction. Provide technical support, coordinate documents, administer contracts, communicate across teams, and manage turnover.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and project coordination to the team.
  • Support the project from acquisition through construction to handover.
  • Coordinate, track and monitor key construction documentation.
  • Assist in administering construction contracts.
  • Communicate with internal and external teams.
  • Coordinate general project administration (filing, archiving).
  • Work with tenants and contractors to facilitate premises turnover, drawings, and signage approval.
  • Perform inspections on construction completion.
Qualifications
  • Post‑secondary diploma or degree in a construction‑related program (required).
  • 1–2 years of experience in residential, multi‑family construction; experience with a developer/builder or general contractor is an asset.
  • Positive understanding of estimating and tendering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of B.C. building codes, regulations, and specific needs.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary $60,000 – $90,000, depending on experience.
