Lead Hand – Concrete Restoration

We are seeking an experienced Lead Hand to support and oversee concrete restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on field experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of restoration processes.

• Chipping, grinding, cutting, and detailing concrete
• Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints/details
• Install reinforcing steel, form, and place concrete
• Experience running crews and leading daily site activities
• Experience with daily documentation including: safety paperwork (FLRA), pre‑work, etc.
• Production reporting
• Incident and accident reporting

• 3–5+ years of prior construction experience
• Post tensioning, injection work, epoxy and cementitious coating applications experience is a preferred
• Enrollment into union Liuna 1611 (Construction and Specialized Workers Union) is required after the first 2 weeks of employment
• Must be open to traveling
• Must be flexible in working day shift and night shift hours, depending on job schedules
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Comfortable working at high heights as some projects may require man lifts or scaffold systems
• Comfortable working on or around water as some projects may require this
• Reliable transportation to travel to and from project sites locally and / or out of town (if selected for out-of-town projects)
