Our client is a well-established contractor looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to fortify their pre-construction team. You will prepare comprehensive estimates, analyze project documents for accurate costing, and assess subcontractor pricing. This role plays a crucial part in budgeting and exploring value engineering opportunities within ICI projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare full-cycle estimates for ICI projects
• Analyze project documents to ensure accurate costing
• Review and evaluate subcontractor pricing effectively
• Assist in budgeting and pre-construction planning
• Identify potential value engineering opportunities
Requirements:
• 5–15+ years of estimating experience in ICI construction
• Familiar with commercial and industrial projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies
• Proficiency in estimating software
• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
