Key Responsibilities:

• Compile all estimating inputs: labour, material, trade pricing

• Review and analyze designs for cost efficiency

• Prepare labour breakdowns aligned with budgets

• Ensure completeness of estimates and project specifications

• Monitor estimated vs. actual project costs throughout

Requirements:
