Position: Industrial Project Superintendent Role
Take charge of large industrial projects as a Superintendent, ensuring alignment with quality standards and timelines. This role requires expertise in managing site operations effectively.

We are seeking a qualified Superintendent with at least 10 years of progressive construction management experience. You will be responsible for site management, enforcing safety protocols, and effectively coordinating subcontractors and staff. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will facilitate smoother project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all construction activities on-site

• Implement safety measures for a safe working environment

• Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

• Conduct site meetings and handle conflict resolution

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in construction site management

• Preferred Skilled Trade Certification

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite

• Solid delegation and communication skills

• Must be in good physical condition
