Position: Zgemi Inc. Construction Project Coordinator
Join Zgemi Inc. as a Construction Project Coordinator to oversee critical project phases. Ensure organizational excellence and timely delivery as part of our expert team.

We are looking for two skilled Project Coordinators who are experienced in managing construction projects with a General Contractor. This full-time, permanent role will see you leading document control, change management, and project administration tasks from pre-construction through completion. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor multiple site reports

• Coordinate sub-trade purchase orders efficiently

• Prepare and issue change orders and PO's

• Conduct thorough site visits and create progress reports

• Collect and review closeout documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture

• 3-5 years’ relevant industry experience

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Must have valid Ontario Driver’s License
