Position: JCB Construction Superintendent Role
Lead project operations as a Superintendent with JCB Construction, ensuring compliance and excellence in execution. Manage teams and enhance site performance effectively.

Your responsibilities will include direct oversight of daily activities on assigned job sites, reporting to the VP of Field Operations. You will ensure that subcontractor coordination and site supervision meet the company's high safety standards. The role calls for extensive experience in handling projects worth over $10 million, requiring adept problem-solving and collaboration with project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain on-site presence to supervise operations

• Ensure proper planning and scheduling of tasks

• Lead work teams with a focus on safety and efficiency

• Inform Project Manager of significant project changes

• Document work progress and maintain daily reports

Requirements:

• DVS in construction or similar qualification

• Min of ten years in Superintendent roles

• Experience in new construction and major renovations

• Strong experience with large-scale project management

• Competency in Microsoft Office tools
