As a Lead Hand at Vector Construction, you will support concrete restoration projects with hands-on field experience in daily operations. This role requires strong leadership and a solid grasp of restoration processes, including chipping, grinding, and concrete installation. Additionally, you will manage safety documentation and production reporting effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project operations and lead daily crew activities

• Perform concrete chipping, grinding, cutting, and detailing

• Read and interpret blueprints for project accuracy

• Install reinforcing steel and place various concrete types

• Maintain comprehensive daily documentation including safety and production reports

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of construction experience required

• Experience in post tensioning and epoxy applications preferred

• Must enroll in Liuna 1611 union within 2 weeks

• Flexibility for day and night shifts essential

• Reliable transportation for project site travel
