Position: Onni Civil Project Coordinator Role
Join Onni as a Civil Project Coordinator, managing civil construction projects from start to finish. This role emphasizes budget management, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring safe site operations.

We're looking for an organized and collaborative individual with 1-3 years of experience in civil or infrastructure construction. You'll support both minor and major projects, assisting the Civil Operations Manager in aligning with Onni’s standards. Effective communication and strong organizational skills will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and budget

• Support self-performing civil works and subcontract projects

• Organize and maintain critical project schedules

• Assist in developing budgets and drafting RFPs

• Coordinate with internal teams to clarify project scope

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant construction experience

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field

• Strong familiarity with scheduling and reporting tools

• Effective communication abilities

• Desire to progress to senior management roles
