Your role encompasses supporting the installation of water systems and roadworks while ensuring compliance with safety and municipal regulations. You will assist operators with excavation tasks, provide guidance to heavy equipment, and participate in maintaining orderly work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help install infrastructure including pipes, hydrants, and valves

• Conduct hand excavation and support compaction tasks

• Guide equipment and manage site traffic as necessary

• Follow and protect existing underground utilities

• Maintain safety practices during daily operations

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of experience in civil construction or utilities

• Strong knowledge of construction tools and safety practices

• Physically capable of handling demanding work outdoors

• Relevant certifications (First Aid/CPR, WHMIS, etc.) are advantageous

• Ability to interpret basic construction drawings (preferred)
