Construction Project Coordinator

Position: Construction Project Coordinator Role
Join VPAC as a Construction Project Coordinator specializing in Tenant Improvements. This position involves supporting project managers as they ensure project delivery meets deadlines and quality expectations.

You will play a critical role in all phases of project management, from scope and budget preparation to post-construction compliance. Collaboration is key as you maintain project documentation, inspect sites, and ensure adherence to safety policies and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid in preparing scopes of work and project budgets

• Manage documentation and assist with contract preparation

• Conduct field inspections for compliance and quality assurance

• Support communication among clients, contractors, and teams

• Prepare and track all project materials throughout durations

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in construction coordination

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Procore

• Familiar with change orders and construction management

• Insight into WorkSafeBC regulations

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
