Position: Construction Manager in Downtown
Lead multi-family residential projects as a Construction Manager at Woodbridge Homes, located in downtown Vancouver. Your expertise will facilitate effective project execution, budgeting, and regulations compliance.

Woodbridge Homes is expanding its team, seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee planning and execution phases of residential projects. Reporting to the Vice President of Construction, you will ensure adherence to building codes and manage documentation integrity. Your leadership will support stakeholder coordination and streamline processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with budgeting, estimating, and due diligence

• Coordinate compliance with building and municipal codes

• Track project schedules and document construction progress

• Review construction bids for completeness

• Support quality control and internal reporting on projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management or related discipline

• At least five years in complex residential projects

• In-depth knowledge of construction scopes and methodologies

• Familiarity with construction documentation tools
