As the Lead Hand for Concrete Restoration, you will supervise project execution while leading a team. Applicants should have 3-5 years of hands-on construction experience, showcasing skills in concrete detailing and installation. You will manage daily operations, oversee safety documentation, and contribute to overall project success through effective leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grind, cut, and detail various concrete structures

• Accurately read and interpret necessary blueprints

• Supervise reinforcing steel installation and concrete placement

• Lead daily site crews and activities efficiently

• Document incidents, accidents, and production accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years in the construction field

• Experience with post-tensioning and epoxy coatings preferred

• Required enrollment in Liuna 1611 after 2 weeks

• Open to travel and flexible with shifts

• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and working at heights
