Oversee vital municipal and civil construction projects as a Civil Superintendent in Lower Mainland, BC. This position offers a chance to demonstrate leadership and manage diverse construction operations.

We are looking for a skilled Civil Superintendent to lead municipal and civil projects across the Lower Mainland. This role emphasizes hands-on management, ensuring safety compliance, quality control, and timely project delivery. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities are critical to navigating construction challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil construction projects from start to finish

• Coordinate project crews and ensure proper resource allocation

• Maintain adherence to safety standards and regulations

• Interpret construction drawings and manage project schedules

• Conduct daily safety meetings and monitor workforce productivity

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of supervisory experience in civil construction

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Proficient in reading civil layouts and specifications

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Certifications in First Aid or Traffic Control preferred
