Key Responsibilities:

• Offer technical support and coordination throughout projects

• Manage project documentation and track status

• Administer and support construction contracts

• Communicate across teams and with contractors effectively

• Inspect completed construction for quality assurance

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a construction-related discipline

• 1-2 years in residential multi-family construction industry

• Good understanding of estimating and tendering

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Familiarity with B.C. building codes and regulations
