You will assist in all project phases, from estimating budgets to ensuring compliance during construction. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in project management software, and familiarity with construction regulations for optimal project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed scopes of work and project schedules

• Support day-to-day construction management and compliance

• Maintain positive communication with clients and stakeholders

• Organize project documentation and respond to correspondence

• Conduct regular field inspections for contract compliance

Requirements:

• 1+ year in construction project coordination

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in project management software (Procore)

• Knowledge of construction contracts and WorkSafeBC regulations
