Axiom Builders is seeking multiple qualified APMs to manage mixed-use construction projects while delivering exceptional customer experience. This role requires at least three to five years of hands-on experience in the construction field, making it perfect for those looking to further their career. Key responsibilities include coordinating resources, managing budgets, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for project execution

• Develop project scope, schedule, and cost management

• Submit progress claims and manage invoicing with accountants

• Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors

• Ensure quality and efficiency in trade management

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience on site in concrete projects

• Proficiency in Procore and MS Project

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management preferred

• Strong communication skills with stakeholders

• Ability to work on-site and handle pressure
