Elevate construction safety as an In office Safety Advisor with our client in Vancouver. You will ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a culture of safety across project sites.
The Safety Advisor role requires a minimum of one year in HSE or Safety Advisor positions, with a valid CSO certification in British Columbia.
Responsibilities- Maintain a consistent in office presence throughout construction
- Administer and monitor the HSE Program with all workers
- Conduct site‑specific safety orientations for all current personnel
- Perform inspections and report trends to management
- Review contractor safety documents for compliance
- At least 1 year experience in HSE or Safety Advisor roles
- Valid CSO certification recognized in British Columbia
- Advanced First Aid or OFA Level 3 certification
- Strong understanding of WorkSafeBC regulations
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
