As an Estimator reporting to the Senior Pre-Construction Manager, you will work with both in-house and external teams.

Your role includes preparing detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and assisting in budgets while utilizing industry-standard software such as Plan Swift and Procore. Your expertise will ensure project specifications are met and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend site visits to assess project conditions

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and estimates

• Develop budgets and cash flows with the Estimating team

• Review project specifications and drawings for accuracy

• Communicate project changes and progress with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-6 years experience in construction estimating

• Post-secondary degree in construction preferred

• Proficiency in estimating software

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
