Construction Manager we are working with a well-established, diverse and growing, Vancouver based property management firm seeking a full-time Construction Manager for their residential buildings in Lower Mainland area.
Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of all major capital expenses for all buildings managed
Plan and budget all major capital expenses
Organize all renovations for all common areas and major capex projects for all buildings
Work with operations manager for any pending repair issues
Supervise all staff when needed
Supervise all contractors when needed
Handle tenant issues, repairs and maintenance
Construction material delivery when needed
Work with the management team when needed
Requirements 5+ years in construction and project management
Ability to lead a team and coordinate and work with sub contractors
Trades background is beneficial
Solid communicator and ability to lead projects
Compensation open to discussion based on experience
