Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial job sites from start to finish

• Coordinate trades, materials, and daily logistics

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Mentor crew members while contributing to carpentry work

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience
