Heavy Civil Estimator

As a Heavy Civil Estimator, you will report to the Pre-Construction Director. Your expertise will be vital in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil works such as roads, bridges, and dams. Additionally, you'll need strong skills in analyzing documents, working with drawings, and communicating with clients to ensure successful project bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate bid cost estimates for civil works

• Analyze project documents and specifications thoroughly

• Prepare construction plans for internal and client use

• Obtain pricing details from suppliers and subcontractors

• Perform post-project analysis for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience in civil construction

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimating software

• Ability to interpret construction drawings

• Valid driver's license for travel to project sites
