Join Pomerleau Construction as a Bid Manager in a hybrid work model. This role fosters client-centered bidding strategies across large-scale projects exceeding $1 billion.
As part of the Alternative Projects Center of Expertise (APEX), you will lead cross-functional teams and oversee the development of winning proposals. With over 10 years of experience, you will leverage your expertise in P3 and alternative contracting models to develop strategies, manage budgets, and ensure quality in proposal submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop winning strategies for P3 and design-build projects
• Manage collaborative teams throughout the bid process
• Prepare and maintain proposal budgets and schedules
• Coordinate construction cost finalization with teams
• Support the review of technical documents for efficiency
Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant experience in construction
• Track record with P3 and alternative delivery projects
• Degree or diploma in architecture or engineering
• PMP certification preferred
• Ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders
