Stantec is on the lookout for a Senior Cost Advisor with a strong Quantity Surveying background. In this vital role within our Program Management group, your expertise in cost estimating and project management will be essential. You will engage in estimating across multiple major projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline while providing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and bill of materials

• Review and estimate probable costs for each design milestone

• Assess project changes and support claim negotiations

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary estimating teams

• Develop early phase cost models and estimating criteria

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil estimating

• Technical degree/diploma in related field

• Strong knowledge of CIQS and AACE guidelines

• Proficient in estimating software and MS Office

• PQS designation preferred
