Position: Estimator Role at Townline Group

Reporting to the Senior Pre-Construction Manager, you will be integral in preparing detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for a variety of projects. Your work will guide decision-making and contribute to creating quality living spaces and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend project meetings to understand scope

• Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets

• Review and analyze bids from subcontractors

• Update project databases and monitor scope changes

• Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2-6 years construction experience, estimating preferred

• Familiarity with estimating software tools

• Strong skills in blueprint reading and project analysis

• Excellent communication and problem-solving talents

• Valid driver’s license preferred but not essential
