Join Graham as an HSE Supervisor in the Infrastructure Division, focusing on safety compliance and continuous improvement across significant civil projects. Be a driving force behind a strong safety culture in Western Canada.
In this pivotal role, you'll report to the Senior Regional HSE Manager and lead Senior HSE Coordinators in enforcing adherence to health and safety legislation and client safety requirements. Your leadership will influence safety performance and support efficient project delivery in construction and transportation sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Senior HSE Coordinators for infrastructure initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety legislation and client standards
• Promote behavioural safety practices and improvement programs
• Conduct investigations and enhance safety measures
• Collaborate with project leadership for compliance success
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant safety field
• Over 5 years of HSE leadership experience
• Expertise in OH&S/OSHA regulations
• Strong communication and coaching abilities
• Safety certification such as CSP or NCSO
Utilize your expertise in health and safety to grow with Graham and champion safe practices across crucial infrastructure projects.
