You will support the preconstruction team by preparing accurate quantity take-offs and leading competitive tenders. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates

• Lead competitive hard-bid and design-build tenders

• Manage subcontractor pricing and bid evaluations

• Identify value engineering opportunities for projects

• Mentor junior estimating staff for success

Requirements:

• 7+ years of estimating commercial/ICI projects

• Strong skills in quantity take-off and cost planning

• Familiarity with hard-bid and design-build methods

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
