Position: Field Foreman for High-Voltage Projects
Join Rising Edge Group as an Electrical Field Foreman overseeing critical high-voltage projects. Lead on-site crews, ensure safety compliance, and manage construction schedules effectively.

As an Electrical Field Foreman, you will report directly to the Construction Manager and be crucial in handling on-site activities for high-stakes projects. Your leadership will guide the crew to meet stringent safety standards and construction quality while ensuring projects stay within budget and timelines. You're expected to maintain reliable channels of communication between your crew and management to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction activities ensuring safety and quality adherence

• Submit daily crew progress reports and timesheets

• Serve as the key liaison between workers and management

• Train and mentor crew on safety protocols

• Manage materials and equipment efficiently

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management or Journeyperson designation

• Valid driver's license required

• 5-7 years of construction experience

• Experience in medium to high-voltage substation work preferred

• Ability to travel as required
