Position: HSE Supervisor for Infrastructure Projects
Drive safety initiatives as an HSE Supervisor at Graham's Infrastructure Division. Ensure compliance, lead teams, and enhance safety culture across diverse civil projects in Western Canada.

Graham is looking for an HSE Supervisor to join their Infrastructure Division. This role focuses on compliance with OH&S legislation and Graham's HSE Management System, while supporting safety practices in construction and civil projects. You will collaborate with project teams to promote safety culture and continuous improvement across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor Senior HSE Coordinators on infrastructure projects

• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations

• Champion safety culture and behavioral safety initiatives

• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions

• Collaborate with project leadership for safe project deliveries

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety

• 5+ years of HSE experience in construction

• Strong knowledge of OH&S/OSHA regulations

• Proven leadership and communication skills

• Safety designation (NCSO, CRSP, CSP, or equivalent)
