Position: Site Superintendent Lower Mainland
Take charge of construction projects with Buttcon as a Site Superintendent in the Vancouver Lower Mainland area. Oversee on-site activities, lead teams, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Director, Field, and manage all construction activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site construction teams, including subcontractors

• Manage project budget and control costs effectively

• Schedule and sequence construction activities accurately

• Conduct regular inspections and monitor compliance

• Document daily activities and address unforeseen issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years in ICI construction or supervisory roles

• Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings

• Knowledge of safety regulations and Lean practices

• Proficiency in construction management software
