Campus Construction Manager

Position: Meta Campus Construction Manager Needed

As a critical member of our Data Center Design, Engineering, & Construction Team, your role will involve overseeing project execution from start to finish. You will be responsible for establishing strong contractor partnerships, ensuring project quality, and fostering teamwork among onsite managers. A commitment to safety and process optimization is crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction projects ensuring timely milestones are met

• Manage contractor relationships for effective communication

• Develop onsite teams of Construction Managers and specialists

• Regularly report on financials and project quality metrics

• Handle improvements and warranty works within live data centers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Construction Management or equivalent

• Over 15 years in project planning and management

• Experience in negotiating contractor agreements

• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Suites

• Knowledge of construction project standards and safety
