Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates for Design-Build and CM projects

• Lead hard bid pursuits effectively

• Study plans and technical specifications thoroughly

• Analyze and prepare comprehensive tender documents

• Perform detailed quantity calculations and cost evaluations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in estimating for construction projects

• Strong analytical skills to interpret technical documents

• Excellent communication with subcontractors and suppliers

• Familiarity with budgeting and costing databases

• Ability to conduct site visits and client interactions
