As a Site Superintendent, you'll play a critical role in the execution and management of project schedules at ITC Construction. With a focus on residential high rises, your responsibilities include the implementation of health and safety programs, directing site resources, and managing subcontractors. Close collaboration with stakeholders ensures a productive work environment and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement company Health and Safety Program effectively
• Direct and manage site forces ensuring contract adherence
• Expedite work and maintain project schedules
• Inspect work regularly for compliance with specifications
• Control costs following ITC's Standard Purchasing Procedure
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in residential construction
• Previous Site Superintendent or similar role
• Red Seal Certification is an asset
• Relevant degree or certification preferred
• OSHA certification or similar is advantageous
Utilize your strong building process knowledge in a pivotal role with ITC Construction.
