Residential Site Superintendent

This role is critical to Edge Construction's success in the multifamily residential sector. As a Site Superintendent, you will manage daily activities on a stacked townhouse project, providing supervision to staff and subcontractors. Your leadership will contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient work environment while adhering to safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all construction site activities on the multifamily project

• Provide supervision and leadership for construction and sub‑trade staff

• Lead safety initiatives and compliance practices

• Accelerate the advancement of construction schedules

• Identify and resolve onsite deficiencies or issues

Requirements:

• Progressive experience in general contracting or multifamily construction

• Trade background in carpentry or Gold Seal Certification is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• Familiarity with MS Project and Site Max is advantageous
