Position: Superintendent Role
Take the lead in on-site construction as a Site Superintendent with Buttcon Limited in Vancouver Lower Mainland, BC. Your expertise in project management will ensure safety, budget adherence, and quality standards.

In this pivotal role, you'll report to the Director, Field, overseeing all site activities for successful project execution. You will manage construction teams, delegate tasks, and maintain schedules while collaborating with architects and engineers. Your ability to communicate effectively and solve problems will be crucial for maintaining project momentum and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage site construction teams effectively

• Create and maintain detailed construction schedules

• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance and quality

• Document daily activities and project issues

• Enforce safety protocols for a secure worksite

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years ICI construction experience

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations

• Proficient in construction management software

• Ability to read blueprints and project plans

• Journeyman Carpentry Certification is a plus
