Preconstruction Manager

Position: ITC Construction Preconstruction Manager
Lead preconstruction initiatives and client relations at ITC Construction as a Preconstruction Manager. Oversee project tendering, schedules, and collaborate with teams for successful project launches.

This role focuses on managing preconstruction services from project inception through construction start. You'll engage in tender preparation, constructability reviews, and bid analysis, ensuring smooth communication between clients and trade partners. Your leadership will guide multiple projects through various preconstruction phases, emphasizing relationship building and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with clients and trade partners

• Prepare and review tender documents and trade scopes

• Manage multiple preconstruction projects simultaneously

• Coordinate preconstruction handover meetings with construction teams

• Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in construction management

• Strong skills in tendering and contract negotiation

• Proven project delivery record for high-rise residential projects

• Excellent planning and communication abilities

• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and MS Project
