Crown Flooring is looking for an Estimator with a strong foundation in civil, commercial, and residential projects. You will be responsible for creating estimates, preparing economic studies, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and contractors. Optimal project management and cost monitoring are critical aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive cost estimates for projects

• Utilize CADD and other software systems effectively

• Set up and maintain cost monitoring systems

• Prepare and submit detailed estimate reports

• Engage with engineers and architects on changes

Requirements:

• Experienced in various construction project sizes

• Strong skills in spreadsheet and scheduling software

• Valid driver’s license required

• Must be authorized to work in Canada

• Proactive and organized work style
