Lead retail and restaurant construction projects across Canada as a Travelling Site Superintendent with BDN Construction. Manage and execute projects solo from Ontario to British Columbia for optimal outcomes.
BDN Construction, based in the Greater Toronto Area, is seeking a skilled Travelling Site Superintendent to oversee projects end to end. This role demands strong leadership to manage subcontractors, enforce site safety, and ensure timely completion of work. You'll report using Procore, maintain schedules, and perform hands-on tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Run projects independently across Ontario and BC
• Manage subcontractor scheduling and quality control
• Plan daily operations and site inspections
• Report daily logs and status updates via Procore
• Address on-site deficiencies and perform small scopes of work
Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on supervision in retail and restaurant construction
• Proven solo site management capabilities
• Proficient in reading plans and specifications
• Experience with Procore or similar tools
• Valid certifications and G licence with a clean abstract
Excel as BDN's primary on-site representative in diverse construction projects across Canada.
