Senior Site Superintendent at Third Space

Lead wood-frame projects with Third Space as a Senior Site Superintendent. Oversee safety, quality, and productivity from mobilization to occupancy to ensure project success.

As a vital leader, you will closely collaborate with the Project Manager and Director of Construction.

Your role encompasses driving site safety, maintaining quality standards, ensuring productivity, and coordinating field operations effectively. You will also manage relationships among employees, trade partners, and stakeholders to align with project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a strong safety culture on site

• Coordinate field activities and manage project schedules

• Participate in procurement and subcontractor onboarding

• Implement innovative materials for sustainable building practices

• Continuously improve construction processes and best practices

Requirements:

• 8+ years of construction experience required

• Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent or similar role

• Experience with 6-storey wood-frame multifamily projects

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and systems

• Excellent planning and communication skills
