Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor junior estimating team members

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates

• Assess construction risks and cost-saving strategies

• Manage the bidding process and subcontractor scopes

• Develop construction schedules alongside scopes

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of field and estimating experience

• Degree in Construction Management or related field

• Advanced proficiency in estimating software

• Hard bid experience in healthcare or residential

• Gold Seal Certification is an asset
