Site Superintendent (Tenant Improvements

Our client, a well-established general contractor with over 30 years in the industry, is seeking a Site Superintendent to join their team in Surrey, British Columbia and oversee commercial tenant improvement projects across the Lower Mainland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site activities from mobilization through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule are maintained
• Coordinate and manage all subtrades, suppliers, and site logistics
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure alignment between site and office
• Maintain project documentation including daily reports, safety records, and progress photos
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and inspectors to address issues and keep projects moving
• Track and report progress, costs, and any required changes

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial TI construction
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, site safety practices, and subtrade coordination
• Experience working on financial institution or bank projects is a strong asset
• Proficient with construction software tools (Procore, Smartsheet, Site Docs, MS Teams)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally on-site
