Shape communities with Graham as a Senior Estimator in the Buildings division. Contribute to projects like hospitals and schools while leading the estimating team and ensuring accurate cost assessments.

As a Senior Estimator, you play a vital role supporting the estimating team by preparing detailed cost estimates and managing the bid process. Your expertise will ensure accurate project scopes and deadlines are met, helping to build sustainable spaces. With over 10 years of experience preferred, you’ll leverage your skills in estimating software and MS Excel to evaluate risks and identify savings opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor junior estimators throughout projects

• Prepare detailed cost estimates including labor and overheads

• Assess constructability issues and cost-saving strategies

• Manage accurate bid closeouts with subcontractors

• Develop preliminary construction schedules and scopes

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or related field

• 10-12 years of estimating and field experience

• Advanced proficiency in estimating software and MS Excel

• Hard Bid experience in healthcare, institutional, or residential projects

• Gold Seal Certification and LEED/LEAN experience are assets
