Concrete Repair Technician

Our projects include new structure construction, including PT & rebar installation (stressing and grouting), bridge inspection/repair, unbonded PT repair, barrier cable installation and repair, FRP installation, bridge jacking/bearing replacement, and more. We are currently on the hunt for Concrete Repair Technicians to join our Vancouver, BC team, preforming work throughout BC.

• Concrete repair
• Post tensioning
• Concrete demolition
• Concrete placement and finishing
• Light Formwork
• Rebar replacement
• Coating applications/waterproofing
• Epoxy injection
• Equipment Grouting
• Sandblasting

• Understanding of construction equipment, tools and materials
• 1-5+ years of prior construction experience preferred but not required
• Post tensioning experience is a plus
• Enrollment into union Liuna 1611 (Construction and Specialized Workers Union) is required after the first 2 weeks of employment
• Must be open to traveling
• Must be flexible in working day shift and night shift hours, depending on the job schedules
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Comfortable working at high heights as some projects may require man lifts or scaffold systems
• Comfortable working on or around water as some projects may require this
• Reliable transportation to travel to and from project sites locally and / or out of town (if selected for out-of-town projects)

Hourly Range: $30-34/hr
